My chin is full of hair. I was told you need a highly skilled technician to get results. Does anyone have recommendations?
Even better would be one who uses multi needles.

There are only 2 pple in Monsey that do multi needle method (as far as I know)

monroe- laser by goldy. she also uses the candela laser if you are looking laser.
