My dd 7 is super super afraid of bugs and bees, as tiny as they are and for sure when they are big and buzzing right next to her
she has a full blown attack if there is a fly or bee near her. screaming, throwing her hands and feet, running away.... (a bug shes more ok.. just calls out for help)
any tips to help her outgrow this, please? im not so good about these things myself so what can I tell her...
Maybe she needs therapy?

I'm an adult and afraid of anything crawling or flying insects related. And act like a child when I see something. It really affects me in life and choices I make for exI won't go to the country nor move upstate. I wish there was a way to help this...
