Both Sage and Clover may have- it's worth checking out both.
You can also check Serendipity- they have both new and used clothes. I haven't been there in a while so I don't know specifically about little boys' suits.
It's also worth calling a few places to find out if they have sales now- A.I. Stone, Hat Box, or any boys'/kids' store. A lot of places run sales at this time of year.
