No, we do not live paycheck to paycheck BH!
I am a little shaken how if I pay Maaser today we may not be able to clear our credit card bill. Spending has become so much. Sort of like taxes, BH I owe a lot of Maaser as clearly I had income. The issue is expenses or frivilous spending or tuition has clearly caught up. I am davening that our paychecks increase this week so I can pay this maaser. Maybe we aren't ABLE to pay it because we slipped and let a few months pass?
I hate this feeling of having a middle income on paper and praying that bills go through. I have so much to be happy about and I feel bad I am complaining.

For the future, you should make a separate bank account and have 10% of your income go there
