Hi
I live in Lakewood and I see these ladies with gorgeous perfectly done eyebrows.
Does anyone know what they are doing and where to do it???
It’s not just tinting, it’s like each blade of hair is perfectly in place…

The “fresh girl look” is a makeup trend that consists of well groomed, filled in brows that are then combed up and gelled into place. You can get a cheap gel from NYX called the brow glue. Also goes with mascara and very moisturized/glowy skin
