Please help dress me and dd for her bas mitzvah. I'm lost.

I need something for her that's more simcha-dik than her regular 2 shabbos dresses she's been wearing since pesach. Maybe something long.

And I need something for myself. I'm a size 12, mostly because my stomach area is very problematic lol. Compounded by the fact that I'm also veeeery early in bH a new pregnancy and I don't want to look like I am. (I'll be just about 13 weeks by the bas mitzvah dinner.)

I'd love department store links as trips to the frum stores where I live haven't been successful.

I'd prefer a darker color while still looking summery. Budget is up to $300ish. Silhouette is going to have to be something that doesn't look like maternity, even tho that's my problem area.

I'll also be in boro park for a week this month and can shop in flatbush/bp, if there are any recommendations. It's just very hard to find a flattering silhouette. I'm narrow shoulders and frame, big chest, big stomach. Plus size bags on me all over, XL often won't close on my stomach/chest.

I find this dress very flattering and I’m pregnant. Hides the bump for longer than most dresses but can also be worn as maternity throughout your pregnancy. It’s dark and summery at the same time. I can’t emphasize enough how well this dress camouflages a bloat or early bump. It’s listed in both their regular dresses and maternity dresses sections online.

Hey! I'm still looking for a dress for myself. (I got the Ivy co one someone posted above for my daughter, it's perfect!!).

Any links would be appreciated. I'm very uncomfortable with my new, current weight and don't have a vision yet of something I can wear.

I'll also be in Brooklyn/boro park next week. Last time I was there shopping was a flop. Everything was tiny and for seemed to be for teenagers. (I'm in my mid to late 30s, very early in pregnancy, and dealing with a 20 lb sudden weight gain prior to the pregnancy.) I'd appreciate store recommendations too!
