Can anyone tell me anything about this place?
Is it legit?
We were told by thrme guy in charge that we need to give 50% down when booking and a few more things that sounded questionable.
Anyone know the place or has been there?

I've had family stay there, had to pay in full the last time. Everything was fine no issues.

The suites are all privately owned, and some are managed privately, some by management, so check the reviews on the one you're booking. Never heard of anyone having problems
Best place to say, there's everything you need there, supermarkets, restaurants, pizza, bagels. Right near Shuls and Moishes.

Pretty sure I stayed there for shabbos. Very nice and well maintained.
