Since you are asking....the answer is her father's.
Also baalei teshuva should not be taking the nusach of the person who was mekarev them but the nusach of minhag avoteihem - meaning if their parents are from Iraq they should daven Bavli nusach, if their parents are from Russia they should daven Ashkenaz, if their parents are from Morocco then Eidot Hamizrach, etc.
Many people don't know this.
You have a get so you can revert to your father's nusach no problem. But your ex is her father so she should be davening his nusach. Nothing to do with sides.
(Geirim, by the way, should daven the nusach of those who taught them Judaism and prepared them for giyur.)

My dhs parents are BT and he, like them, daven a nusach that isn't commonly used in our community.
When dd became bas mitzva and the school offered siddurim/machzorim in various nusachos, we asked a shailah what she should daven, because the real nusach she should be davening, her father's, is not so common here. The rav said she could daven whatever nusach she wants.
So she davens the nusach that the school and majority of the shuls use in our community.
