I went to someone who repairs wigs but does not have her own line. She recommended a brand directly from China. It felt fantastic until washed. After washing it's just very dry and frizzy next to my other shaitel, even with products. I'm pretty disappointed. Did anyone have this experience?

My guess it was pretreated with chemicals and once you washed it it all came out Sad

I don't have virgin wigs but my other wig from Irene still feels good after washing, same with my Milano. I guess this is truly a garbage brand.
