We are in the summer months.. it’s here Bh.. unless you’re in Australia or somewhere like Brazil or somewhere cool..
Here’s my question and hoping you can help.. right now it’s pretty warm where we are.. there’s wood flooring and done carpet..my wood floors and furniture are quite sticky from the humidity..is there a natural way or spray I can put in it so it be sticky..

Do you have a dehumidifier in your house? That would solve the issue best.

Thanks ladies.. the spray would just make it sticky all over again.. and the humidifier sounds like an idea..

I’d check that your windows and doors are sealed properly. The humidity shouldn’t be affecting the wood this way. Something isn’t right. Do you have proper ac?

We have very few drafts.. I never knew that can make a difference.. thanks for pointing that out.. I’ll have my husband iyh later fixit up..

You need a dehumidifier, not a humidifier. Running the ac removes some of the moisture from the air. If you're not running the ac enough, you might need the dehumidifier. Also, make sure you're using cleaners that don't leave residue behind. That could make wood sticky.

Thanks turquoise.. I’ve been using the swiffer as per recommendation from our contractor when we moved in..
