Not sure what your question is.
Orlando Is not a beach town. Of course, in hot weather there will be some people barely dressed, but most non frum people will be Wearing "normal" clothes: shirt, t shirt, sandal, etc....
If you are looking to avoid the hear, then don't go.
The reason why going to Orlando in the summer has become popular because you can get a great house with a pool for a relatively affordable price. We've done it and wé spend most of our day at the pool. We don't go running áround to do all the amusement parks and activities. I have no interested in Disney and standing on line for a roller coaster in the heat sounds like hell on earth......
In the evening when its cooler we will go to mini golf, batting Cage or something...1-2 pwe week.

It's abnormally hot & humid in Orlando during the summer. You need to be either inside or in the pool all day.
