I don’t mind paying and need lifeguards. Are there any beaches that don’t have many ppl at? I would love to bring my kids but can’t go if it’ll b jammed with bikinis and the like.

A beach being tznuis in the summer is a contradiction. Unless it's a separate beach.

There's no way to predict that. You have no idea who will show up. Everyone is looking for that elusive "private" beach....

The entire jersey shore is usually packed. Some days more than others. After 3-4 it definitely starts becoming less crowded. When the lifeguards leave the beach becomes much much less crowded. There may be some exceptions but I found this to be the case for all places I visited along the jersey shore.

If you go to Far Rockaway and drive down to like beach 30+ you can often find emptier areas during the week. There are lifeguards.

We've had luck on random beaches at random hours in France. Maybe it's the same.

Somewhat unrelated, but you’d think by now there’d be some kind of private frum beach with a tznius dress code. They have nude beaches, so why are there no tznius beaches?

Ocean city and Longport, NJ. We went in the morning and it was only around 11:30 that people starting showing up. I think the beach officially had lifeguards around 10:00
