I've had this lately with a few items I bought on Shein, that I found were not returnable due to being "promotional items".
anyone know how you can tell if an item is returnable or not? If it's "promotional"? I didn't find any of this in the shopping process.

It's on the listing page, just control + f for 'return' and you'll see it

Thanks for responding. I'm not sure what you mean....I went to the listing page for one of my "promotional" items and nowhere does it say that it's not returnable.

Ctrl +F gives me a funny little search window popup.

I think it means it was on sale when you bought it.
when its a lightening deal its not returnable

I am having the same issue. I ordered a few items about a month ago, returned them due to sizing error. Then I reordered with new sizing and now all of a sudden they arent letting me return due to promotional item. Help!

We’re trying to work with our credit card for purchase protection since it was a large amount of $ not just a few cheap items

How can u tell after the fact that it wasn't returnable? When u try to return it, it says so? Or when you check to see if they refunded you?

When I try to return it it doesnt let me select the item to return it.
