I find cleaning and laundry satisfying and soothing. I enjoy bath time. It’s a lot of fun in my house.
I don’t enjoy cooking. I have to cook and my food comes out good. I really don’t enjoy the process. I enjoy making challah though. It could be because of the spiritual aspect.

I dislike housework that I’m have no control over. Other people’s stuff, bags, kids messy rooms of stuff, family members not putting things back where they belong or putting it away messily.

I don’t mind housework that I can control. Putting away groceries in the right spot, laundry, simple cooking. It’s the messes beyond my control that really grates on my nerves

So much this. You nailed it.

I don't mind cleaning and I don't mind decluttering, but I hate the feeling that I'm everyone's maid.

Decluttering is my least favorite. I like to clean, it’s satisfying to wipe and wash surfaces, but only once everything is put away. The “putting away the stuff” is what I dread and dislike.

Tossup between bathing the kids and cleaning.

Baths have too many steps and too many points of potential failure (take too long and bedtime is late, no clean PJs, no clean towels, mess in the bathroom, chaos outside of the bathroom while I am basically imprisoned in there because kids can't be left unattended).

Cleaning usually has too many decisions and too much emotional baggage (you slob, why didn't you clean this before, what's the point it still looks gross, etc.).

I don't mind laundry or cooking so much (as long as I know what I'm cooking), though I procrastinate them like crazy.

I hate deciding what's for meals or snacks, especially when there isn't enough food in the house (which is pretty often for financial reasons mostly). Making a weekly menu has helped a lot, except for the times when I can't get ingredients I need.

I also hate dealing with mixed loads of laundry (meaning many people's laundry mixed together) because I feel like a lousy mom since I don't always know whose clothing is whose. But my kids put their stuff in their own hamper for the most part so I don't always have to deal with that.

Overall I don't like housework. I think I'm much slower than most people and am very aware of that.

Ha I'm the opposite, I'm very organized but I'm not so much into wiping things down and having everything *spotless*.

I don't think of kids baths as housework, that's part of taking care of children, a different category.

Cleaning floors whether by vacuuming or mopping. Cooking runs a very close second.

Really dislike cleaning the bathtub/shower because I feel like it’s so much physical effort for not satisfying results
