Looking for a beautiful, scenic, and relaxing place to travel to with my husband for a few days in August. I will be 8 months pregnant so cant be super hot and hiking/biking type of activities probably wont be suitable. Happy to go to beaches but would need something private for my husband. Any leads are helpful

I am willing to fly. It's not often that we get away (Mom watching the rest of the kids) so I am willing to "splurge" and go somewhere special. We went to Newport already. Thanks

Does your doctor ok you to fly in your 8th month?

I would be careful where I went in my 8th month. Make sure there is a good hospital nearby.

Be careful not to overheat.
Happened to me in two pregnancies. I was so scared.

True. Didnt give too much thought, but you never know so it's probably safer to stay in the US. I want something beautiful and peaceful. I love being by the water. Taking more ideas! Thanks!

Many airlines will not let you fly past 34 weeks, & besides you shouldn't be too far or be ok with the local Healthcare options.

too high altitude can also be problematic in late pregnancy. Please check with your Dr.
I would suggest Cape cod, Rhode island Cape May, or Maine.

I did a pre-baby trip to Niagara and was really nice in the summer. We stopped a few times driving in each direction but if ur Dr OKs flying I would definitely go that route.

Even with a doctors note the airline may give you trouble. You definitely would have issues flying outside the USA because travelers insurance won't cover you.
