I recently bought a wavy Rina at a sheitel pop-up. I plan to only wear it air dried. Any recommendations for mousse to use after I wash it to scrunch it? And what about specific shampoos and conditioners? I’ve never had a wavy sheitel and even with my own wavy hair, I never maintained it properly so I have no idea. Thanks!

Use only products without sulfate. It isn't good for sheitals or your own hair.
For products I use a leave in conditioner that is intended for black peoples hair. It holds the curl and isn't stiff. Which some mouse can do.
Here is a link with more info on various products since I don't know what area you're in or what might be available:

I would use curly girl method approved products only.

I use Treseme mousse on all my wavy wigs..I just scrunch it until all the crunchiness is gone
