Not that much to ask. But for some reason I can't find anything and I'm getting desperate.

1. Plus size
2. Padded
3. Underwire
4. Not $$$

Why is this so hard to find????

I used to buy at Myself Lingerie any bra I like and they'd convert it to a nursing bra. Even if you don't have that option, you can give it to the seamstress to convert for you.

I've had a few bad experiences doing that. The constant movement opening and closing the cup wore at the fabric and within a few months the wire poked through. Nursing bras are made to handle the movement

Thanks for the suggestion. I think it would be out of my budget.

Try Bravado, available online w flexible sizing. My friend who has a lingerie store in another city told me about it. Though I was looking for not underwire (& not nursing, so I converted them myself)

But I loved the convenience of ordering from home & the one I got has great support.

I would think they will also have underwire models though not sure that works w flexible sizing.

My self strongly discourages any underwire on a nutsing bra, only very occasionally for a simcha etc. they claim it increases the amount of breast infections and clogged ducts

It's very person dependant. I always wear underwire, I don't feel supported without it and I've never had an infection. Nursed 5 kids

I was just coming to post this.
The only issue I had with it was that after just a few weeks, the wire would poke through at the armpit and I had to replace it. Sometimes it was a few months, but sometimes literally after 2 weeks.

aside from that, I did like it and would get again.

I stopped nursing long ago but am very heavy (dense tissue I think they call it) & I find the Bravado very good support w/o underwire. Not v expensive either so worth a try.

I would never wear without underwire, but this magically works for me even without the wire. Try it! Momcozy Nursing Bras for Breastfeeding, FB016 Jelly Strip Support Comfort Maternity Bra, Full-Coverage Seamless Wireless Bra https://a.co/d/03csBiXM
