I'm going to Bay Harbor for a few days next week. I want to go to a spa one day by myself for a few hours. I have never been to that area before. I heard about the spa in the Ritz and St Regis. Is there a difference between the two? Does anyone have any other spa in the area to recommend? I really want a few hours of alone time with a good massage etc thank you
