Needs to be 3 quarter or long sleeve and below knee.

Dd prefers the 2 piece terry robes, I’ve gotten from kidichic and they lasted well. Not this year but if they run the same the top runs short and the skirt runs long.

Don't want to spend more than $20-30. Does anyone have recommendations?

My dds wear swim dresses as cover ups too. They're lightweight, easy to throw on, dry fast if wet. Cheap (relatively anyway) at basic colors.
