I plan on ordering 2-3 salads, a sushi platter, mini pizzas and a nacho platter. Any other easy ideas for food to serve that can be served? I was also thinking of serving penne a la vodka but didn't want to serve it room temp and I'm not really interested in using sternos. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I was going to have the salsa, avacado and sour cream in small bowls next to the tray so the nachos don't get soggy. I was going to sprinkle some diced red onion and some jalepeno slices on top of the nachos but that won't ruin the consistency of the nachos. Do you think this dish will get eaten by an upsherin?
