Clothing stores in Monsey

Looking for dresses for a simcha, interested in seeing long and short fancy/shabbos dresses.
Can you please recommend stores in the Monsey area?? TIA!!

There is also Toprow and Fame, both in evergreen uptown plaza, and Udel, I believe is still open in the Marketplace.

There is also another womens clothing store in the Marketplace, but I cant recall the name.

I believe they all have shabbos clothing, not sure about simcha, and some may have more teens vs women or vice versa

Located in Town Square mall next to evergreen. They have different price ranges.

I love the Genuine Shop but it’s chassidish style clothing. If you’re not looking for chassidish you’re not going to be happy there.

OP what style are you? Then we can narrow down suggestions.

Thanks for the suggestions 🙏 not looking for chassiddish at all but do want covering elbows, knees and collar bone. Looking for adult and girls.

Blew and Esti’s are walking distance one from the other so it’s easier to check both out. Sareka has a large chasunah area.

Depends on your crowd. Exquisite has beautiful simcha dresses as well as gowns. More elegant style dresses.

I would try Fame although it’s going to be a bit of a drive (to Pomona, maybe 15 minutes from the main shopping area in Monsey). If you don’t find there, try Polka Dot, maybe Monarch.

Monarch , blew , genuine shop are all within an about 3 minutes walk of each other. Sareka is a five minute drive from there. The marketplace which houses , polka dot and udel , is less than 10 minute drive from the first three (in the opposite direction of sareka) so you can hit several stores in a pretty close geographical area. Thanks so much for these suggestions! I haven't heard/been to a single one of these places before. One poster said Fame is 15 min drive from most of the others but another said Fame is in the Evergreen uptown plaza. Can someone please clarify because I thought a lot of the suggested stores are near Evergreen?

There are two evergreens. Evergreen Uptown is in Pomona and 15-20 min away. The main evergreen on route 59 is the one near the other stores

By evergreen town square (the one on route 59), Blew and the genuine shop are in the same plaza but Junees, Estis, Monarch can be walked to (albeit not all in same direction) and sareka on saddle is not far from there (although wih momsey traffic, can take longer...)

Agree that genuine shop is more chassidish but I’m far from chassidish and plenty trendy and I’ve picked up some excellent pieces there. She has both. So don’t rule it out. Also she has a large selection of larger sizes if that’s a consideration. Blew on the other hand has more of the smaller sizes but has all. Also do you need super fancy or more casual ? I mean if you have time to hit multiple stores then great but if you are limited we can try to narrow things down a bit
