Thanks for all the links; will check these out.
I actually tried to buy an adult size equivalent that was on sale, but for some reason my sons claim they are narrower than the kids sizes. Sigh...

I'm not sure about natives but floafers are a whole different shape for the adult sizes. A j4 and a women's 5 are the same length but the women's is much narrower and points at the toe area. Was great for my daughter with a narrow foot but some feet won't fit well

Heads up, we tried the Old Navy shoes and their sizing is crazy off! The size 5/6 is way too big for my son who normally wears a 5.5/6 and the size 3/4 was too tight.
