My 5 yr old son has recently started asking for bedtime stories and I would love to tell him true stories of gedolim. So far I told him the story of how Rashi was born, the story of Nachum Ish Gamzu and a story of the Chofetz Chaim when he was young.

Looking for more stories from Tanach, Gemara etc as well more contemporary gedolim.

Tia!!

Stories to inspire are not all appropriate, but beautiful stories, not necessarily gedolim.

The bookS Ko Asu Chachameinu have set least one in English called Our Sages Showed The Way. Maybe its also a series in English.
Stories mostly from Mishna and Gemara with lessons.

Thanks! These are great resources.

Where can I go for some more contemporary gedolim stories?

Yup! My kids love them - ages 5 and 7. They're great stories!
