Actual meals, not just Cheesecake and milchig danishes. If you live in Israel and keep one day, just write 1/2 or note in comments

Why isn’t cheesecake a full meal? 🤣🤣🤣

I think we should have a cheesecake challenge and only eat cheesecake (ok and maybe ice cream) over the two day chag!

All meals are milchig. Makes preparations so much easier, plus everyone loves it.

Are you asking for Israelis too? We only have one day, so I think that factors in.

We have milchig kiddush. We also do a milchig appetizer at the day meals: wash (usually on milchig challah) have milchig appetizer then change the tablecloth and bring out fleishig (sometimes another appetizer, sometimes we go straight to main course) and another (pareve) challah.

Not sure what to choose in poll.

2 day meals. If we have sleepover guests for shavuos we do just 1 milchig meal, but since it's just us, dh and the kids find it exciting to have 2.

For those that make a milchig kiddush, is anyone hungry for a meal afterwards?
I used to do a kiddush but then nobody was interested in a meal afterwards (especially little kids).
So now we do a milchig meal first and then a big yummy dessert "kiddush".
We fill up on nutritious food first and then everyone eats much less of the kiddush food.

No dairy meals. All our Yom Tov meals are fleishig.
Prior to the day meals, we have a big, elaborate dairy kiddush. These are usually extended-family affairs; my parents and multiple married children participating. During the span of 1-2 hours, we consume more sugar and cholesterol than any sane person ought to consume in a week. We then wait an hour or so and follow that up with a proper fleishig Yom Tov seuda. Cheers

According to halacha you can't do that, if you wash eat milchigs and even if you wait and then have fleishigs and bench after fleishigs, it's like one meal, you can't have mulching and fleishig in same meal

Double check that.

A dairy challah is definitely a problem without a siman.
