A tres leches cake doesn't need a dairy oven. It only needs an oven that has not been used for meat for 24 hours.
The uncommon ingredients are; evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whipping cream.
It is made 1-3 days in advance and stored in the fridge.

It's rich and delicious!

I’m exhausted and have very limited time
I thought of Shabbos as well

Menu
Challah made from Rhodes dough

Salmon
Bagged lettuce
Bagged red cabbage
Ramen noodles with a tiny bit of Teriyaki
Plated fish seasoned differently

I made 3 Briskets (2nd cut) - sliced and ready to just heat up
I have 3 trays of chicken on the bone in the freezer all ready seasoned and sauced, ready to just defrost and let it cook in the oven for 2 hrs.
Last minute roast frozen broccoli -cauliflower Brussel sprouts -fresh stringbeans
Last minute make rice

Friday I’ll make a cholent full of meat
I have a small potato kugel in the freezer left from Pesach

For dairy - this took time but I planned and it's all done in the freezer

2 big cheesecakes
2 big spinach pies
2 eggplant Parms

I may make baked Zitti or stuffed shells

I’ll put together a pretty cheese board with cheeses, crackers, olives, maybe grapes.

Focaccia bread made with Rhodes dough olive oil and zaatar

Lox and avocado platter served first quickly- just to say we had fish

Also we’ll have dairy icecream

The only thing I didn’t pan is dessert for night time
Fruit platter - I’ll cut last minute
Cookies - frozen dough
Some sort of cake - I’ll let DH take care of bakery and flowers

If I get a chance to. I found one with a simple google search. It's a basic white cake, the 3 milk mixture poured over it, then a thick layer of whipped cream on top.
I like getting recipes from blogs since they give lots of extra tips and opinions.
