I need to buy sheets that will fit an Israeli bed. I am very sensory sensitive and care a lot about texture/feel of bedding.
Are there any stores in NYC where you can purchase sheets that are sized to fit an Israeli beds?
Are Israeli sheets lower in quality that in US? (have been told this)
Are Israeli sheets signfiicantly more expensive than American? (have been told this)

You can use American twin sheets on an Israeli bed, though if you're really sensitive to the sheets not fitting properly, I suppose that might be an issue. They'll be a drop too big.
You can buy sheets in Israel, go to a good linen store and feel the textures of the different sheets.
No idea regarding prices. In general in Israel the larger chain stores tend to have deep discount sales a couple of times a year, meaning that if you buy when not on sale it will be significantly more expensive.
Are you making aliyah? Coming to Israel for a visit?
