Hi,
I’m considering a position of a school director in Brooklyn with full responsibility of all that’s involved-ie from opening a new location to the day to day. If anyone has a similar position, can you please post your annual salary? I’m doing market research as to an appropriate salary range. Thanks!

There are a lot of factors involved. How many students? Are you overseeing the educational and financial decision making? Its so school and community dependent.

I’ve spoken with people IRL as well. If there are any women here who hold this position, I’m curious to hear where they are compensation wise. This is a well funded school in Brooklyn. Position would involve overseeing the financial (and all other functions) but there are staff handling the day to day work.

Thanks for the input! I’ve decided not to take the job but I was given an offer of $250k + profit sharing-sharing this in case there are others who might be looking for this information in the future.
