I suspected ds (12) had a hidden phone.
found it and he is watching [filth]..
I suspected but I am so confused finding it and I don't know what to do with him.

Very normal, very common, even in the frummeet circles. Happens all the time.
Do not make him feel ashamed for wanting to see. Explain its a natural urge that Hashem put in the world and he is meant to save it for later to enjoy with his wife. There is nothing wrong with him and he should not feel ashamed or dirty. He just needs to hold off til hes married for zxual pleasure, but he will have it, and it will be a mitzvah
Moving forward he needs to understand how harmful prn is for good relationships and how damaging it is-show him studies from secular sources.
And work on a plan with him to prevent this in the future, involve a professional to guide you.
