Want to have “shreds” for a salad, and have a dairy grater
Which brand works best for this?

From my experience, you can't grate feta cheese because it'll just fall apart. You're supposed to crumble it with your fingers.

Feta is not a hard cheese than can be grated.

They crumble it. It's a crumbly cheese.

I’ve definitely seen them grating it also, but it crumbles and grates, so not perfect shreds..

The light tnuva feta is drier and might be what you're looking for. The regular is too creamy to grate into shreds.
