I paid someone to submit my application for me, and I got an email with a reference number. I tried to pull it up using my name dob and social security but couldn't, every which way. Eventually I realized I can pull up the submitted application by name dob and email. Turns out, both myn and my husband's socials are wrong. (I gave the guy the correct socials. )
Can I submit another application using the correct socials with a different email address?
It says that duplicate applications will be discarded. Does that mean only the duplicate, or all from that household, in which case I won't have a chance to win at all?
Or if I hopefully win, and they see the wrong socials were put in, will they still allow me to rectify it with proof at that point or will they say too bad?

My question is, can I apply for my single children who are above 18 if they're living at home . But don't put them in my application

Can you show me how? The person is not responding to me now that I pointed it out.

If you need to update your name, Social Security number, and/or date of birth, please call NYCHA’s HCV Application Hotline at (718) 218-1525 for assistance.

But why did you need to pay someone to submit application? It's a fairly easy application to complete
