I use marriages usually.
But mcdougalls also good.
Personally I buy supermarket brands also.
Never know if theres a difference.
For cakes and whipped stuff I presume the presifted ones are better.

I use supermarkets own plain and self raising flour. For rogelach, kokosh cake, pizza dough etc I use supermarkets own strong flour. And I use marriages strong flour for challos.
