I'm trying to apply for school vouchers through hra. My little one is enrolled for next year in a head start program which won't be able to attend if the child has vouchers. Is it possible to apply for vouchers for only some family members?

HRA - everything from the govt falls under hra. Food stamps, Medicaid, heap, etc. I'm not sure how vouchers work, I'm new to this so um just repeating what the guy told me.

Now my school called me back and told me that I should apply for vouchers for my child going into headstart. Anyone have vouchers and a child in headstart? I thought it can be one or the other, not both.
