I let my Cheesecake cool abt 45 min and just went to slice it but it still looks a little soupy. Should I bake for longer? I already baked it 45 min

The center should be a little loose. It will solidify when it cools.

If oven is still hot, let it cool is an almost closed oven- left adjar an inch, until set.
