We’re thinking about this. Thinking about flying either to Denver or Phoenix picking up Kosher food and then driving to Bryce Zion and Grand Canyon.
Seattle does not have kosher food supermarkets
We were originally thinking to go there and go to Mount Rainier. Thanks for the ideas.
Anything in South America?

Are you sure Seattle has no kosher? I recall eating in a pizza store there...and I'm sure we got kosher food too

Another vote for Vancouver. I was there recently and found it a unique and beautiful blend of natural beauty, hikes and family friendly activities, and Jewish amenities with a daily minyan, kosher grocery store, and several excellent restaurants.
Colorado is also great, but the food is in Denver, and most of the hikes and activities are hours away. Ditto for Seattle. I've been to both and enjoyed immensely, but I didn't mind shlepping food as you will need to do after you stock up in the city. You can legitimately use Vancouver as your base for your whole stay, possibly staying one night in Whistler, and come back to a yummy dinner in a different restaurant every night.
Utah and Arizona are really hot in the summer, not as humid as Florida, but still quite hot.

Not USA as requested. But I was going to suggest considering Toronto or Montreal. Vancouver even nicer, but farther.

I figured if South America was ok then North America was too. Montreal and Toronto are hot

It’s a beautiful city with nice city stuff ( parks, gardens, zoo, Aquarium etc ) as well as beautiful nature, mountains and ocean - you can hike, go to the beach etc

I was in Buenos Aires, Argentina years ago. Plenty of kosher food and restaurants.

There is food in Seattle.
It’s scattered in different parts of the city but there is food.

These places have temps in the 110-120 range in August. If you're okay doing all your outdoor activities in the early AM it might work

My husband did Vancouver with friends. Even bumped into frum couples on hikes. He says it's absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful views, great hikes, lakes.

First of all thank you so much for all the suggestions.
I’m thinking either to do a week split between Seattle and going to Mount Rainier and Vancouver or going down to Panama.
When people speak of the terrible weather in Panama, is it super hot and humid and rainy?
