My windows are terrible and I need them replaced but I can't spend a huge amount of money to do so.. Has anyone here used the New York Weatherization Assistance Program to replace windows in their home? What does it entail? Do they require you to use spray foam insulation as well? Or if you've replaced windows using another cost effective method, please enlighten me. Thank you!!
