This is an amazing cleaner. Together with shout gets put almost anything. They say not to leave the spray in overnight. Wash the same day.

Miss mouth messy eater stain remover, I get it on Amazon. Takes out all the hard to get out food stains, it’s amazing .

Did the stain get any lighter all? Some stains need to be soaked & washed 2-3 times for the stain to clear.

In my experience, this leaves a mark & can make holes in the clothing.

Yes.
I usually try to get out tomato products same day with dawn, water, some soaking and some scrubbing.
I keep this handy for emergencies.

Was going to post this.
But also, the best thing to do is if you get a tomato-based stain, wash it out immediately with a little dish soap and water. For next time. If you get it right away, it usually comes right out.

If the stain is oil-based (like charif), I've had repeated very good luck removing stains with St. Moritz (oven cleaner) spray. This works even when stains have gone through the washing machine, with no success.
Spray on stain (even if already dried), and rewash in machine.
(This works on white, light and dark clothing.)
I've used it on cotton and blends and even full synthetic (tablecloths with lurex).
You might want to try it on a hidden area, if it's something very delicate.
