Are there places in RBS that offer subsidized therapy with reputable therapists?
Or any other leads?

Ask on the RBS list or FB RBS list. Isn't there a new place with help from the Ari Fuld or his brother Foundation.? His Brother was interviewed once and spoke about receiving help when needed.

Contact your kupat cholim. There's free and subsidized options depending which one and tier you have.

They work with clinics as well and can tell you about the information for that.
