Chevron (too hard for Anglos to pronounce in Israel).
Sinai (love it. My DH is too conservative).
Nili (for a girl. Stands for Netzach Yisrael Lo Yishaker, same reason as for Sinai, and also, I'm not sure if an acronym really counts for a name).

The two Sinais I know are from pretty conservative backgrounds. Is it considered an out there name?

I think in Israel it's pretty unique.

I like Sinaia for a girl, but been told it's too old-fashioned.

I do give rare names, but not super rare. Here are a few names I like but are too out there even for me:
Ahavatel
Shivtiya
Shir-Tzion
Hoshiana
Torah
Tehalelya
