There was a Jewish event today They cancelled the transportation without letting anyone know the busses were just a no show the event started 2 hours and 45 minutes late…
And they didn’t even apologise not for the cancelled busses not for the show starting late not for all those ladies that through money in the garbage when they realised they had no way to get there not for the women who spent so much extra money on car service scrambling together for rides because they had spent money on tickets there is nobody to talk to I’m so so mad I will never ever again book another Jewish event to go to because sadly I learnt today they just want your money and don’t give a hoot about you I’m so mad I paid a fortune for car services a fortune for tickets so many women there were yelling about what was going on and there’s nothing any of us can do about it they get away with it all!!

The transportation was probably canceled because they didn’t sell enough tickets and are likely losing money on this event. I feel you though, sounds extremely frustrating and unfair.
I never heard of a disaster like this happening before so I wouldn’t write off going to frum events because of it.

I work for a camp that sometimes looses money on transportation. Let's see how that would fly to just cancel transportation because less campers signed up for the bus or less campers applied for camp

Just dispute the charge with your cc. I’m sure they would refund the event. But the car service probably is on you.

I would know why they cancelled if there would be someone to talk to….
And a email or a message on the website would have been nice saying busses are cancelled just like they advertised ALL over instagram they could have advertised cancelled busses and I never would have booked tickets transportation costed me over 300.00 and I guarantee you none of them care
