I live out of town. I went to a weight loss clinic that specializes in obesity. It is private pay and EXPENSIVE.

My thoughts on this are that every diet you stop will cause one to gain weight back. Keto, CICO, weight watchers. I am looking at this as a reset and to train my body to learn hunger cues.

I have been obsessed with food and eating for years.

I am getting it from a nurse and I'm sure it's the cheapest compound because it is 100 dollars for a mg.

I wonder what's in it or how I can check it.

I’m dying to try it, but I’m afraid of the long term effects. Are there studies of long term effects on non diabetic people? I don’t care about the side effects while using it, more of what the long term means. I don’t believe there are any significant studies on it.

Just be aware it does not reset anything
As soon as you stop (or are forced to stop cuz it’s out of stock…) the hunger and food noise is right back!

No one asked but I went back for my first weigh in. I lost 3.2pds in two weeks. The MD was pleased but I was a bit bummed as I chalked it up to my usual fluctuations.
I now took my shot on Thursday so hope that helps with the Shabbos snacking.
