I forgot to defrost my challah dough, I thought I did but I didn’t. Shabbos is in 3 hours! Is there any hope? This recipe is supposed to bake for 40 minutes.

I would see if any stores are open or see if your neighbors have extra challa.

Do the best you can. Put the oven on a low temp, make a tent silver foil covering over each challah to allow room to rise. Put challah in and see if it thaws in the next 90 min. Then highter oven temp, uncover and bake your challah. Good luck!
