Is there a way to block reels from showing up on Facebook

Recently I've been having weird non Jewish/ sometimes crews reels showing up in my Facebook- to the eke tent that I don't even want to go on it. It's more reels to scroll through then actual groups I'm part of. I can't see how to block them. Ads I've been able to say don't show me more. Is there a way to do this with reels? They are not on things I follow . I actually use Facebook very little. For this and another frum group in my neighborhood and a few furniture groups. I don't know why these pop up.

I've been having the exact same problem.

I only go on facebook once in a while and when I do, I see all sorts of random things that are not my friends or my groups.

Would love to know what to do about it?

It makes it almost "unpleasant" to spend time on facebook
