I heard that they have a good selection of kosher gluten free products.
I was only there once a few years ago so please tell me what to buy that is gluten free and low fat.
I’m new to gluten free so please advise if there is a better place to shop.

They have some yummy gluten free foods, but most of it is junk.

Their bagels are good and many of their snacks are gf. Go to a store and look around.

Aldi's gluten free pretzels made out of cassava ( there are Pesach pretzels made like that) are excellent.

What kind of food are you looking for?
They have gluten free baked goods, cookies, crackers, pasta… I’ve gotten gf frozen pie crusts there but not sure if that’s seasonal. They have some cake mixes. They have refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough that’s pareve.

Gluten free products are usually empty calories and very expensive.
Vegetables protein and fruits are a better alternative. For snacking there are nuts and seeds also.
I get the brown rice pasta and red lentil pasta from trader joes and also their chickpea chips, brown rice crackers etc.
The gf caked and cookies are just junk. Gf wraps are made with corn which is also junk. Gf bread they sell aint healthy either…
