I would like to visit Reb Hershel’e of Liska(Reb Shayele's Rebbe) Kever,in Hungary
Is it safe to go ?
Is it open through the year or who do you have to contact?
Can anyone help me

He was my great-great-great-great grandfather. I have never been to his Kever but from what I remember from my grandfather telling me, Liske is not far from Kerestir. I would imagine it is possible to go when people go to Kerestir.
