I dunno if this is "fancy" enough for SB but all I do is whip up a rich's whip, melt some chocolate chips, stir it in, and add a little coffee (grounds mixed with hot water). no amounts, sorry, but it's really hard to mess up!

Have you got a good recipe?

I was kinda thinking abt white chocolate or plain chocolate with a sauce drizzled on top and berries on the plate. Trying to make it a tad healthy!

No such thing as a healthy pareve mousse, if it contains non-dairy cream.

Compared to the synthetic stuff? I think that most foods are healthier than that chemical-filled white paint.

Clarissa! Do you live under a rock? there are tons of varieties of 5 calorie or 10 calorie whipped creams... ok thats supposed to be per shpritz so when you squirt in in your mouth till it foams over that's probably a few more calories... but still!! health food all the way!!

I have a healthy-ish recipe that comes out really yummy and is very easy.

I package silken tofu
I package chocolate chips (10 oz)
Vanilla
Optional: splash of liquer or maple syrup

Blend tofu in blender or hand mixer
Melt chocolate
add to tofu mixture along with vanilla and any optional stuff blend again. Refrigerate and serve. It really comes out yummy no one has ever guessed its tofu.
