I am tall. My husband even taller. Most of the regular strollers have us bending way way down to get to the bassinet.
Which stroller (aside from the Mima xari) has a taller bassinet?

Joolz is good for tall parents. It sits very high. I think the cybex priam also isn't a bad height. Another stroller my friend has which is a good height is the babystyle oyster 3. I don't know if all these brands are available in all countries as I'm in Europe.

Tall girl here, we chose the Uppababy Vista for this reason. Even though other strollers also have a high handlebar, we found the Vista to have the seat and bassinet higher than other models we looked at.

This was a few years ago but we bought a bassinet to fit into the citi mini base. It was very high. My older kids complained about how high it was

You can make the bassinet even higher if you get the adapters that raise the seat/bassinet to allow room for the second seat. I didn't use my Vista as a double cause I wouldn't be able to see over the top!
Edit: made a mistake. I didn't use the Vista as a base for my car seat cause I couldn't see over the top after putting in adapters. I never tried the double cause I didn't want to put the baby on bottom.

Bugaboo does have a tall handle, but the seat/bassinet are very low. So if a tall parent wants to reach down to adjust blanket/shush baby etc, it's a bigger bend. When I tested the Bugaboo, I felt like I was looking down at my baby from a mile away.
