Soft scrub works amazing!
I put soft scrub on all my white shells that get makeup by neck and comes out of machine spotless.

Thanks, it isn't a white top... is it still safe?

If it's not white

Make the garment fully wet, lay it in a clean laundry room or bathroom sink, squeeze some Dawn dish soap on the palm of you hand, rub your palms together then use both palms to spread into wet stain. Allow to sit 15 minutes. Come back and scrub with cleaning toothbrush. Wet again and spread with light palm coating of Dawn again. Let sit overnight. Scrub until it's out.

Try blotting it with makeup remover.

I wouldn’t do soft scrub has bleach in it. my daughter once got sunscreen all over my black skirt. came out beautifully after saturating with the blue dawn dish soap and washing. did two rounds of tht and was perfect. would foundation b the same idea?
