Remote Executive Assistant to the CEO
Remote, Preferably EST
Part-Time or Full-Time
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the Executive Directors of our non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the Executive Directors, including
scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Manage the Executive Director's calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled and managed effectively.
Compose and edit professional correspondence, reports and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and organize the Executive Director's files and records with the support of the
Development Team.
Ability to take on small projects or tasks when needed.
Serve as a liaison between the Executive Directors and other staff, board members, and external donors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Aren’t office workers/assistants /secretaries supposed to make like $50/hour straight out of sem? Isn’t that what I learned about frum employment?

I was earning that salary 25 years ago. It was considered high back then for not having a degree. It wouldn’t feel too good to earn that now- 25 years later.

Where do you live? Lakewood, Brooklyn and monsey tend to have inflated salaries. I think people are exaggerating about how underpaid this is though.
