I buy an all natural orange spray that’s available at Walmart. I’ve also read to boil cinnamon sticks which makes the house smell nice…

You can put a bouquet of fresh flowers on your table- make sure to change the water every other day.. you can boil a pot of water with cinnamon sticks, cloves and orange peels.. you can dust your base boards with nice scented dryer sheets.. you can make a spray of warm water, And a few drops of your favorite scent- shake it and spray away..

Keep things clean and dry.
Keep windows and doors open as much as possible.
Remove garbage daily or more often if necessary.
Don't leave dirty laundry hanging around if you can help it. If you can't do laundry, at least let the phewy stuff air out, in the sun if possible, before throwing it into an enclosed space.
Never store anything that is even slightly damp. Wait till it's bone dry.
Bring in a few plants. Just don't overwater, because overwatering encourages mold. And bugs.
