One of my kids has intermittent tics. If I don't pay any attention to them (and he knows to ignore them too) they disappear pretty quickly.

Just came across this. Son had terrible eye tic. I was sure was strep. Doc even started treating the ‘strept’ before we got the overnight results and the antibiotics wasn’t working at all.
I went back to the doc for blood work and got these results. Mycoplasma pneumoniae. It’s a virus with pandas like symptoms and can cause walking pneumonia if not treated. Boy was I glad I took that bloodwork! Gave him a zpac for 5 days and it disappeared!
